Spider Man : There’s some disappointing news for Spider-Man: Beyond The Spider-Verse fans. The highly anticipated animated movie, which was originally expected to release in 2025, will now be pushed to 2026.
Following the massive success of Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, fans were eagerly awaiting the next chapter in the Spider-Verse saga. The excitement was especially high after the Oscar-nominated Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.
However, according to Deadline, Sony Pictures Animation has made the decision to delay the release. The studio is taking extra time to ensure the film meets its high standards, especially when it comes to the animation, which has already received widespread praise. So, while we’ll have to wait a bit longer, the movie is now slated to hit theaters in 2026.
